Boy does messing with Lucas' schedule not only exhaust him, but mommy too!  Here is Lucas totally wiped out on the couch this morning.  I couldn't resist taking this picture.

Brady turns 5!

It is hard to believe that my nephew Brady is 5 already!  Boy time flies.  We helped his friends and family celebrate at PUMP IT UP!  It was crazy with tons of kids running around screaming and having lots of fun.  Lucas was definitely stimulated!  We are looking forward to Lucas' birthday parties.

The weather in Houston has been amazing.  This past weekend we made a trip to the pool with the Grandparents.  Lucas FINALLY loves the water (this was not the case when he was first born).

Tis The Season ... For Pumpkins!

Over the weekend, I took a few shots of Lucas w/ the BIG Pumpkin.  I can't believe how big Luke is getting!  We are looking forward to his first Halloween!

It's A Jungle Out There!

I LOVE Fall!

Fall is my favorite time of the year.  I love the weather change, the fun clothes that come along with it and all the holidays that we get to share with family + friends.  

Now that Lucas is here I am going to try my best to decorate 

for all the holidays like my mom did when I was a kid.

First up, a wreath for our front door.  

Although all of the Halloween decorations at Michael's were tempting, 

I made my wreath "fall themed" so I can use it through November.

What's Lucas Up To?

Trip to Midland.

Casey + I just got back from Midland where we introduced Lucas to our family there.  It was such a great, relaxing trip.  Aunt Jill + Uncle Gregg were so nice to open there home to us.  We got to spend time with both sides of the family.  Here are just a few pictures from our trip.

We had such a great trip and the weather was amazing.  We are tempted to move there but know that both Casey's mom and my mom would kill us!  We look forward to going back for another visit soon!
